Through this we are able to offer Master Builder Guarantees with all our work and Master Builder contracts to ensure your peace of mind throughout the build and for long after the the keys have been handed over.

Licensed Building Practitioner

Matt is a licensed building practitioner and provides records of work for all restricted building work completed. Find out more about the LBP system at

Matt is the managing director of Forty2 Construction and will be your main point of contact throughout any project undertaken. He started training as a carpenter in 2007 in Palmerston North and achieved a National Certificate in carpentry. After achieving his qualification in 2011 he shifted to Christchurch to assist with the earthquake rebuild. In Christchurch he started work as a site foreman for a large architectural housing company with many awards under their belt. During this role he gained crucial experience with site and project management to a very high standard.

With opportunities knocking at the door Matt made the move to form Forty2 Construction. With initial support from previous employers and master builders Matt has been achieving high quality results for happy clients all over New Zealand.
